V Management uses professional facilitators and teachers with many years of experience in the performing arts industry to ensure that a high standard of tuition is achieved. Most programs have built in assessment criteria which individuals are required to meet for successful graduation. Before embarking on any training program you are encouraged to meet with your agent and conduct a screen test to assess your current level of skill and ability.

Is it necessary for people wishing to pursue a career or work in the performing arts industry to undertake training or coaching? Absolutely not!
